We want you to be happy with your purchase from the Star Store. While most of our items are final sale, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we accept returns within 30 days of the order’s shipping date, provided the following conditions are met:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Returns must include the official return slip, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.

Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at [email protected]. with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a return slip and any further instructions.
Please note:
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned item(s).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, reach out to us right away so we can make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
